Boiler Installation in Armadale

Scott Murphy, who runs Pilot Heating Solutions from Falkirk. Ask to see the Gas Safe card, in Armadale or anywhere else. A genuine engineer expects to be asked.

Yes. Removal and proper disposal of the old unit is part of the installation, so you are not left with it in the garage.

Yes. Flats bring flue position and access constraints rather than different work, and those are worth flagging when you book.

The commissioning record, the building control notification, and the manufacturer warranty registration details. Keep them together, because a warranty claim later will ask for them.

Plainly. What is not working, when it started, any noise or error code, and whether anything was done to it recently. That is more useful than technical vocabulary.

Yes, and it is worth listing everything up front rather than adding jobs on the day, so the visit in Armadale is planned with enough time in it.

Usually yes, but moving it means new gas, water and flue runs, and that changes the work involved. We look at the route in your Armadale property before saying whether it is worth it.
