Our story
How we work
Pilot Heating Solutions is run by Scott Murphy, a Gas Safe Registered engineer based in Falkirk. The focus is boiler work: installation, servicing, and repair, done properly and done quick, without the long drawn-out jobs some trades let drag on.
We cover Falkirk, Stirling and surrounding areas, across Falkirk District, West Lothian and the Forth Valley, into Dunfermline, Rosyth and West Fife, and Edinburgh City, North Edinburgh, South Edinburgh and Leith. Every job gets a straight price before work starts and a proper explanation of what's actually wrong, no jargon, no upselling.
A cold house at 7am is stressful enough without a tradesman who doesn't turn up when they say they will. That's the standard we hold ourselves to on every call-out, big or small.
