Emergency Plumber in Armadale

Usually under the kitchen sink, but in older Armadale properties it can be in a cupboard, under the stairs or below the floor. Find it before you need it.

Both. A single repair in Armadale is treated the same as a larger emergency plumber job, and it is worth asking rather than assuming it is too small.

Rarely. Most leaks can be isolated locally, so the rest of the house keeps its water and heating while the repair is made.

Clear the space in front of the boiler and around any radiators or pipework being worked on. If the boiler in the Armadale property is in a cupboard, a bit of room to kneel makes the job quicker.

Often yes. Isolating one radiator or one supply keeps the rest of a Armadale property working while the repair is planned properly.

For anything that is not urgent, a week or two of notice gives the most choice of days. An urgent fault is a different conversation, so say which it is when you call.

No, and this is the one exception to calling us first. Leave the property, do not touch switches or naked flames, and call the National Gas Emergency line on 0800 111 999. Call us once it is safe.

If it makes sense, yes, for example when a part has to be ordered or the heating needs to stay on overnight. You will be told why before anything is left part done.

Often, if there is a bit of notice. Fixed days are easier to hold than fixed hours, so tell us what actually needs to work around your week.

Yes. You get told what was found, what was done and anything worth keeping an eye on, in plain terms, before we leave the Armadale property.
