Boiler Installation in Falkirk

Yes, and it often helps. A photo of the boiler badge, the display and the pipework underneath it tells us a lot before the visit.

The commissioning record, the building control notification, and the manufacturer warranty registration details. Keep them together, because a warranty claim later will ask for them.

If you are unsure, yes. A sensible quote explains what is being done and why, and it should stand up to being compared with another one.

It catches debris before it reaches the heat exchanger, and most manufacturers expect one on a system with existing pipework. On a Falkirk property with older radiators it is worth having.

Service records, gas safety records and installation certificates, kept together where you can find them. They are what a buyer, a letting agent or the next engineer will ask for.

A combi suits most flats and smaller houses with a single shower. If two showers run at once, or the mains pressure is poor, a system boiler with a cylinder usually works better. We will say which fits your property rather than which is easier to fit.
