Landlord Gas Safety Certificates in Bonnybridge

Falkirk District, plus the other towns within reach of Falkirk. The areas page lists everywhere we cover.

Every gas appliance and flue you own and provide. A boiler, a fire and a cooker in the same Bonnybridge let are three appliances on one visit, and each of them appears separately on the record.

Yes. Who installed it does not change how it is diagnosed or serviced, though any installation paperwork for the Bonnybridge property is useful to see.

Either of you. Some landlords pass on the tenant's number and we arrange the time directly, others prefer to set it themselves. Whichever way round, the tenant needs proper notice, because a visit nobody is expecting is a wasted one.

Yes. A new house is a good moment to find out what boiler you have, when it was last looked at, and whether anything is due. Any paperwork left by the previous owner helps.

Every twelve months. The check can be done up to two months before the deadline without losing the original renewal date.

Tell us if the Bonnybridge property has restricted parking, a shared stair, or a boiler in an awkward spot. It is better dealt with on the phone than on the doorstep.

The duty follows the appliances and flues you own and provide, so the annual cycle keeps running whether or not anyone is living there. A void period is usually the easiest window to get it done and to clear any defect without working around a tenant.
