Emergency Plumber in Edinburgh City

Often yes. Isolating one radiator or one supply keeps the rest of a Edinburgh City property working while the repair is planned properly.

You get told before it goes ahead, not afterwards. If the price changes, you decide whether to proceed, and nothing is done on the assumption you would have said yes.

No, and this is the one exception to calling us first. Leave the property, do not touch switches or naked flames, and call the National Gas Emergency line on 0800 111 999. Call us once it is safe.

Yes. Winter is busier, which is exactly why the quieter months are the better time to book anything that is not urgent.

Stop the water first, then check your policy. Insurers often want the cause of a leak recorded, so keep photos and a note of what the engineer found.

Yes. One phone number, one conversation about what the property needs, and the price agreed before work starts. Being in Edinburgh City does not change the process.

We stop the leak and make the plumbing sound. Drying out and repairing decoration is a separate trade, and your insurer will usually want to be involved before that starts.

Yes, and it often helps. A photo of the boiler badge, the display and the pipework underneath it tells us a lot before the visit.
