Central Heating Installation in Edinburgh City

Splitting upstairs and downstairs, or the hot water and the heating, gives real control in a larger Edinburgh City property. In a small flat it adds cost without much benefit.

Tell us if the Edinburgh City property has restricted parking, a shared stair, or a boiler in an awkward spot. It is better dealt with on the phone than on the doorstep.

Sometimes. Microbore pipework limits what can be fed off it, which is why the existing runs get checked before radiator sizes are settled.

Yes, and it is worth listing everything up front rather than adding jobs on the day, so the visit in Edinburgh City is planned with enough time in it.

Sizing the system for the property, running or replacing pipework, fitting radiators and controls, connecting to the boiler, then filling, balancing and testing it. In an occupied Edinburgh City property it is planned in stages so the house stays liveable.

Clear the space in front of the boiler and around any radiators or pipework being worked on. If the boiler in the Edinburgh City property is in a cupboard, a bit of room to kneel makes the job quicker.

Yes. The same gas safety rules apply, and if nobody is staying there the visit can be planned around a key or a changeover day.

In general terms, yes. The detail depends on the Edinburgh City property, which is why the price comes after it has been seen, but the outline of the job can be explained on the phone.
