Boiler Installation and Heating Services for Stirling Under the Castle

If your property has solid walls, poor loft insulation, or listed status, a correctly sized high-efficiency boiler paired with appropriately sized radiators tends to work better than a standard off-the-shelf setup. Where the building is listed, we help you work out what changes the council will allow before we start.

Water pressure and gravity both play a part on sloped sites, so we check the mains pressure at the property before recommending a combi or a system boiler. Some hillside properties do better with a system boiler and cylinder than a combi, depending on the layout.

It depends on the model, the output your property needs, and any extra work like pipework or flue changes. We give you an itemised price after seeing the job, not a number over the phone.

Yes. Many flats have restricted space, so we often fit compact wall-mounted combis in a kitchen cupboard or utility space. We check the space and pipe runs before recommending a model.

Yes, we service all boiler types regardless of the building's status. If any future upgrade needs planning consent because the property is listed, we can talk you through what that involves.

Once a year is standard practice for all boilers, including in Stirling. Booking the service in autumn, before the heating season starts properly, means any developing fault gets caught early.

Call us on 07449 567506 with your postcode and describe what the boiler is doing. Frozen condensate pipes and pressure drops are common winter causes and are often quick to sort out once we are on site.

Yes. Annual gas safety checks are a legal requirement for rental properties, and landlords must give tenants a copy of the CP12 certificate. We carry out these checks and issue the paperwork.

With regular servicing, a modern condensing boiler often runs reliably for a good number of years, though the exact lifespan depends on water quality, usage and how well it was installed in the first place.

It depends on the model chosen and how booked up the schedule is. Call with your postcode and we will give you a realistic date rather than a vague estimate.
